Windsor on White Rock Lake is a lovely place to live. I have lived here for 4 years. Shelly Gerard the manager, prides herself ... on professionalism and strives to take care of all that walk through the office door with their concerns. The grounds are well maintained. If you have any apartment concerns, repairs etc. someone will be available with 24 hrs; depending upon the severity of the repair ( 48 hrs for sure), this has been my experience. If it has to do with a water or electrical problem repairs will begin almost immediately. The repair men are very polite and respectful of your space and you the leaser. There are many amenities and social gatherings are encouraged. If gardening is your thing, you can certainly enjoy a small plot to show off your "green thumb". Windsor is a great place to call home.
